W/FRNDS began creating music in his late teens while pursuing a professional hockey career. Now, he’s blending ingredients of pop, house, country, and techno to create a new flavor of music that has something for everyone’s musical taste buds.
As his former folk-rock band broke into the festival scene and started gaining industry hype, W/FRNDS’ dreams shifted from playing in areas to performing in them. When members of the band started to develop other interests, W/FRNDS followed his passion and began writing and producing music for other artists. That’s when he fell in love with the art of collaboration and songwriting.
Paige Penney
