Moonlight Breakfast (Christie and Baz) is a Romanian duo based in Vienna, Austria. They released a lovely nu-disco pop tune not too long ago, entitled, “Keep Walking.”
Moonlight Breakfast – “Keep Walking” single
“Just tell me straight, don’t sugarcoat it. No, it can’t wait, I need to know it. Do you like me? Would you wanna be like me? I keep walking, keep moving on. People keep talking, I’m going strong. I don’t get distracted, I’m on a roll. I’m moving on, bring me my throne.” – lyrics
‘Keep Walking’ tells an intriguing story about a confident young woman who walks the streets like a runway model. Apparently, she’s cool like ice cream and believes she’s cute enough to be everyone’s dream girl. Later, she admits that she won’t get distracted; she will keep moving on and going strong despite what people are saying.
Moonlight Breakfast
“This song was inspired by the many beautifully talented, content creators of the world that have grabbed our attention and kept us entertained; that have distracted and inspired us during the past year. Whether it’s fashionistas or their pets, cool roller skaters getting their groove on, or fun-loving jokesters. We ended up writing a song that we believe would be the perfect soundtrack for the bold, confident, inspiring, playful people of the internet that don’t get distracted; that keep moving on and believe in themselves, as we all should. It was our way of giving back to the creative community that helped us stay sane during the past year.” – Moonlight Breakfast explained
‘Keep Walking’ contains a relatable narrative, ear-pleasing vocalization, and tuneful melodies that will resonate well with fans of Fialta, ILY, and Sita. The rhythmic tune possesses groovy bass-laden instrumentation flavored with nu-disco and electro-pop elements. Furthermore, “Keep Walking” follows mildly on the heels of Moonlight Breakfast’s previously released single, entitled, “Dance Moves.”
