Matt Koelsch is a singer-songwriter outta New England. He moved 3,000 miles away from home to pursue his passion as an artist in Los Angeles, California. His newest single, “Perfectly Aligned”, is a catchy, summery record off his “Thinking of You” EP.

In an interview with Paste Magazine, Koelsch revealed how moving to L.A. affected his writing.

“Being in this setting during my late 20’s early 30’s has affected my writing because it has made me more vulnerable. There’s more time and space to explore and discover when you are in a completely new and foreign setting, removed from the comforts of your close network of relationships”.
