“I’ve had some wonderful moments throughout my career, and I’ve been lucky to connect with fans while traveling on the path to self-discovery. My excitement surrounding this moment and this project really does make it feel like a new beginning.” – Maggie Rose stated
“No One Gets Out Alive” hearkens to early ‘70s Laurel Canyon, making for a masterfully written collection of songs with Maggie’s big, soulful voice taking center stage. The music deals with dark and uplifting themes – disillusionment in relationships, ageism, female empowerment, and living in the moment. Displaying a mature evolution, the record shows Maggie’s ability to successfully straddle the worlds of pop, rock, soul, Americana, and folk, unencumbered by genre specifics.
