‘Keeping the Noise Down’ is led by its title track, which was co-written with Jonny Latimer (Ellie Goulding, Rag ‘N’ Bone Man). The four-track project deals with social anxiety amid some irresistible electronics. Bubbling with pop potential, Mabes’s wonderful delivery is born from a real-life event, a party gone awry amid rising consternation.
‘Stuck In the Rain’ is the second track on the EP and was co-written with Dan McDougall (Noel Gallagher). Other tracks to complete the body of work include recent single, “Slow Drowning”.
