“The music I’m creating as little luna is a journey to who we could be if we take the labels off who we’re ‘supposed to be’. My first single, ‘shift & go’, is about allowing myself to change. Since I was little I’ve loved to sing, but I never allowed myself the time and energy to pursue it. Lyrically, this song was inspired by a poem I had previously written. Sonically, it was inspired by the feeling of freedom you get when driving late at night with the windows down. For anyone listening, my hope is that you would feel inspired to shift and go out of any situation (title, a job in your life) that you’ve outgrown. Re-discovering your truest self. You are allowed to change.” – little luna stated
