Lilacs. releases a groovy urban soul tune, entitled, “Leaving”

Lilacs. (Austin Corona) was born and raised in Santa Cruz, California. Not too long ago, he released a groovy urban soul tune, entitled, “Leaving”, produced by Trey Kams.

Lilacs. – “Leaving”

“‘Leaving’ is about when you end a relationship with someone and you get to spend time with yourself. And figuring out what you want to do and not feel like there’s anything holding you down. Post-breakup—your mind goes through many places. Thinking you may need to change yourself. Thinking you’re not enough, etc. This song is just for anyone who feels like they’re better off looking ahead then dwelling on the what could have been.” – Lilacs.

‘Leaving’ contains a relatable storyline, rhythmic vocals, and a lo-fi instrumentation flavored with hip-hop, contemporary R&B, and modern jazz elements.
