Kelli-Leigh – “Unwrap My Heart” music video
‘Unwrap My Heart’ tells a heartfelt tale about a young woman who wishes for Santa Claus to gift her with a partner who she can share the Christmas holiday season with. Apparently, she will be waiting by the chimney for Santa to deliver this person to her. Later, she admits, “Little robin on my window got me hoping that’s a sign that I’ll end up with someone right. I’ll even leave you milk and cookies, Rudolph knows that I’ve been missing the glow of having someone with ya.”
‘Unwrap My Heart’ contains a wishful thinking narrative and ear-pleasing vocals that will resonate well with fans of Mariah Carey, Ariana Grande, Leona Lewis, and Kelly Clarkson. The festive single possesses warm piano and saturated drum-laden instrumentation seasoned with a cheerful holiday vibration. Furthermore, “Unwrap My Heart” is the title track of Kelli-Leigh’s latest four-track Christmas EP.

Kelli-Leigh’s inspirations stem from growing up with Whitney Houston and Prince. After touring with Adele (on her “21” album tour), Kelli decided to become a solo artist. Shortly afterward, she laid vocals on tracks such as Duke Dumont’s “I Got U” featuring Jax Jones and Second City’s “I Wanna Feel (Radio Edit).” Both singles went straight to #1 on the official UK charts. Since then, Kelli has worked with James Hype (“More Than Friends”), Mario (“For Love”), and ThrdL!fe.
