Kaisha unveils a soulful indie-R&B tune, entitled, “Predicament”

Kaisha – “Predicament” single

“‘Predicament’ speaks about helping a loved one who is mentally suffering in silence but doesn’t want to reach out for help. I think as the other person, you want to encourage them to open up and you want them to trust you. Essentially creating a safe space for them.” – Kaisha explained

‘Predicament’ contains a relatable narrative, ear-pleasing vocals, and alluring melodies that will resonate well with fans of Gabrielle Current, The Internet, and Mahalia. The catchy tune possesses groovy instrumentation flavored with indie-R&B and neo-soul elements. Furthermore, “Predicament” serves as a tasty appetizer to what listeners can expect to hear from Kaisha in the near future.

“Communicate, tell me if there’s something I can do.”

Kaisha has spent the last few years immersing herself in the local underground scenes, where her songwriting talents were spotted by Deep Matter. The London-based label brought her in to co-write Natty Reeves’s “November” single. So far, the song has accumulated over 300k streams online via Spotify. With more than 200k streams on her debut EP, “Something Else,” Kaisha is quickly becoming one of the most exciting artists to emerge from the UK soul scene and is certainly one to watch for 2021.
