“When I found out that I had the opportunity to connect with Jordan Sapp and Shane Stevens, I was more than overjoyed because of the many years of experience that I have with both of them in my career. I have such a strong, deep connection with Shane and a great connection in regard to intuition with Jordan the producer. That day creating ‘Pinnacle’ was so special and I knew it was going to be iconic.” – Halston Dare explained
‘Pinnacle’ contains a relationship-based narrative, ear-pleasing vocals, and tuneful melodies. The likable tune possesses up-tempo instrumentation flavored with electro-pop and contemporary dance elements. Furthermore, “Pinnacle” was written by Halston Dare and acclaimed songwriter, Shane Stevens (Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez, Meghan Trainor, Fifth Harmony).
“This song is the first time I’ve ever branched out into exploring and expressing my relationship and love life. I love digging deep into my soul and portraying, through music, what my love needs. This song is for all those who need to express it just like I do. It’s fast pace and it’s a song to rock out, scream, and jam out to. This is by far one of the most favorite songs I have ever created.” – Halston Dare explained

“Throughout my entire journey of writing music, I’ve always leaned toward the negative emotions like break-ups, depression, anxiety, etc. While Shane and I were brainstorming together, we thought, ‘why don’t we dig deep into the emotional, beautiful, positive, and physical sides of my relationships? My fans have never seen this side of me before. ‘Pinnacle’ outweighs all the songs that I’ve put out. It’s emotionally deeper and bigger than anything I’ve ever made before.” – Halston Dare explained
Halston Dare was influenced by her father who grew up singing and touring the US with a barbershop quartet group. As a child, she grew up listening to classic ‘70s, ‘80s, and ‘90s music from the likes of Patti Labelle, Phil Collins, Bryan Adams, Donna Summer, and Whitney Houston. At the age of 13, she started writing songs and poetry.
Dare describes herself as – “The girl who can do it all. I am a singer-songwriter, Christian, basketball/football-loving, fashionista and makeup queen, and eco-friendly activist. Also, I am a friend to my fans; I love them with my whole heart.”

“Pinnacle dives into the physical and emotional feelings that you experience when you’re on cloud nine in a relationship. And that spark just synergized to become something bigger. In this session, Shane and I nailed expressing those feelings and taking those words on the paper, and turning them into this song. ‘Pinnacle’ will have you on the edge of your chair. I can’t wait for everyone to hear this new, edgy, intense, and explosive side of me.” – Halston Dare explained
Halston Dare kicked off 2021 with two-holiday releases (“Jingle Bells” #9, “Joy to the World #20) in the Billboard Top 20. Both tracks were featured on E.L.F. Cosmetics holiday album, entitled, “e.l.f. the Hauls.” On Triller, the project has accumulated nearly 14 million streams.
