FHIO – “In Denial” single
‘In Denial’ was inspired by FHIO’s cultural journey through the African neighborhood of Goutte d’Or in Paris. Written during his isolation in Paris, the song reflects on personal experiences, cultural differences, and the challenges of relationships.
The lyrics are like a diary entry, sharing moments of introspection and reflection, while the music is an invitation to feel and experience. The jazz-influenced instrumentation and bass-driven groove blend seamlessly with FHIO’s soulful vocals, creating a unique sound that is both melancholic and uplifting. The result is a wonderful track that draws listeners in and takes them on a soulful journey.
