The endearing tune tells a wonderful tale about a young guy who shares an endearing relationship with his significant other. The idea for “Cook for You” was born two years ago in a kitchen in Spain at 5 o’clock in the morning. Dennis came home hungry with some friends and they made their way into the kitchen. One of his friends took a baguette, some olive oil, tomato, and salt—and made what felt like a MICHELIN Star entrée. Then, the friend turned to Dennis with a quick, “For you.” This small, very unassuming, but loving gesture stayed in Dennis’s mind and became the first piece of the “Cook for You” puzzle.
Today, while Dennis is warming up a soup from the bag, he is already thinking about the next time he can prepare something in the kitchen for someone special. Also, he hopes that this song will inspire listeners to do the same.

Dennis Mansfeld grew up in Mallorca. After finishing school there, he first lived in London and New York then returned to Spain and moved back to Hamburg at the end of 2020. His itinerary so far has always followed his passion, which is music. In London, he earned his money playing on the street and performing in Camden and Shorditch.
In New York, he continued to develop as a session singer and songwriter. Also, he has written singles for numerous acts such as Gestört aber Geil, Cascada, R.I.O., and Taemin. Also, his songs are responsible for tens of millions of streams on Spotify.
