From the moment this song starts, the upbeat tempo will make you want to dance, as it takes you on a ride through being cheated on. For me, it really moves my spirit—converting pain into power. I think that is what gives this song its depth and positive messaging while being sung in a celebratory and empowering way of finally gaining self-respect. Apparently, her relationship with her significant other began fresh and green like the color of grass in the Springtime. During this sentimental period, she was optimistic and experienced a golden sweet innocence. Later, the relationship evolved into a red burning fire that warmed her bed while she laid there cozy in her companion’s arms. But just like yesterday, their once-budding relationship is no more, and now she feels blue.
