Brooke Sause is a rising singer-songwriter from Florida. Not too long ago, she released a fun, feel-good indie pop single, “Consequences,” via Sause Studios.

“My sister’s gonna be pissed, she always warns me against this. And you know that I’ll never admit you’re something I can’t resist. But there you are drinking at the bar of my best friend’s party. We lock eyes, now none of my thoughts can control my body. Kinda know that I wanna make a mess and fall into ya. And I know you feel the same, same old habits again. I end up in your bed, tomorrow I’ll have common sense and worry ‘bout the consequences.” – lyric
‘Consequences’ tells an intriguing tale about a young woman who hears The Devil on her shoulder saying, “It’s fine (do what you like).” It’s nighttime, so she doesn’t see any angels around to give her good advice. Building the tension, she decides to chill with someone who she might regret spending the night with.
In contrast to her recent melancholic ballad “How Long,” Brooke Sause showcases a more upbeat and bubbly pop sound on “Consequences,” working with her sister and collaborator Breana. “Consequences” serves as a sign of good things to come for Brooke Sause as she continues to release new music.

“‘Consequences’ is a fun, flirty song about being young and living in the moment. It’s about using your brain less and your heart more. It’s for those moments when you consciously decide to do something chaotic, knowing it could end badly, but just having a good time anyway.” – Brooke Sause explained
22-year-old Brooke Sause knows how to make music that tugs at your heartstrings. She began songwriting at a young age with her sister, Breana, who is still her main collaborator. Brooke released her debut single, “ex that’s not my ex,” in 2021, and has continued to come into her own as an artist with follow-up singles such as “More,” “How Long,” and “fallin for you,” the latter of which organically crossed 100K streams.
Currently juggling law school and her budding music career, Brooke is a young talent with impressive aspirations and steadfast determination. Her debut EP will be released later this year.
