Chris Brown, arguably, contemporary R&B’s top superstar, released the audio for “Die Young” featuring Nas. The song honors late rapper Chinx Drugz, and appears to be an interpolation of a track off Drugz’s posthumous project, “Welcome to JFK”. Drugz’s life was snuffed before he could materialize his dream; and Brown’s and Nas’ verses put things into their proper perspective, by illustrating images that portrays cops and urban-street dwellers as the main catalyst behind the unnecessary inner-city killings plaguing our communities.
